Simple and Easy Fish chop recipe 
Ingredients
·        Tilapia Fillet(4 count)
·        2 large potatoes
·        1 large onion
·        Turmeric powder
·        Green chillies
·        White vinegar
·        Coriander leaves
·        Handful  raisins
·        Egg beaten
·        Breadcrumbs
·        Oil
·        Salt and pepper as per taste
Preparation
·        Boil the potatoes and Steam the fish.
·        Thin Slice onions and fry them till golden brown.
·    Now mix the mashed fish with mashed potatoes. Add seasonings like cumin-coriander, turmeric, salt, bit red chilies. Sprinkle some garam masala also.
·        Add fried onions, coriander leaves, raisins in the mix.
·     Mix it uniformly so that no lumps are present. When the mixture looks evenly distributed,  shape and mould it into croquettes.
·        Dip in the egg and roll in breadcrumbs..
·        Heat the oil and shallow fry the coated pieces until they are golden brown all around.
·        Enjoy it with Kasundi(Mustard Sauce),Ketch up or  tartar sauce
