Have you ever had bad memories trying a fabulous dress that just would not fit? This is quite familiar story with all of us “OMG it is such a gorgeous dress but it is not for me”.Dress to impress it is a kind of religion now; no one wants to look plump. Girls want to look as thin as possible, even my thinner friend complains about her weight gain. Being a healthy girl does not mean one has to wear those unappealing or uncomfortable dress. Let me tell you girl, your body is fine, you are not fat. It is just you have to understand your body type. Identify your body type then choose for clothes that would be comfortable as well make you look gorgeous. Curvalicious to fuller body is the modern trend today after sensuous Vidya Balan epitomized in the movie Dirty Picture. Quoting Vidya : “I can identify with my character Silk in The Dirty Picture. I can enjoy and celebrate my body like Silk”.
Take my example I cannot do crash diet or exercise any harder to fit into that sassy dress. So what option do I have?  I tried researching in the net - “How to look slim”.  How to look slim. And guess what I found, the keyword is to choose right dress, accentuate positive body part.

Finding right clothes can dramatically change your look and can make you look really pretty in minutes. I have coined it as-‘Clothes Diet’!   Embracing your body with clothes diet will make you happier than any diet ever will.
N.B-So today I am going to share some tips that might help my friends.Please note, as everybody is different,  this  post is a generalized take on the most common body types. It is kind of a guide, but not a Rulebook girls ! Dressing up is individual’s own choice, listen to your heart ,trust the instincts and those heads would turn  ;)! 
Coco Chanel once said: "Fashion is architecture: it is a matter of proportion".
 Forget the size and purchase the clothes that flatters your figure best, no matter if you are size small or large, loose fitted yards of clothes will only make you look bigger.
Let’s elaborate the body type. Look at the picture and identify your body type.Then hit the body shape (highlighted in blue)- Apple, Pear.For now I am posting apple and pear …. hourglass and rectangle coming soon !
