Fish-N-Hot & Sour Sauce

Ingredients:
• Tilapia Fillet
• Chopped green chillies
• Spring Onions, chopped
• Onion chopped into large square shape

• Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
• Fresh ginger
• Green Bell Pepper
• Soya Sauce
• Vinegar

Preparation
• Marinade the fish cubes with salt, vinegar, soya sauce, garlic paste and salt.
• Prepare the batter by mixing corn flour and eggs, add little salt.
• Deep fry the fish dipping that into the batter, and keep it aside.
• Heat little oil in a wok, add the onion, and fry till it turns pinkish.
• Add chopped garlic, ginger & chillies.
• Add the Bell Pepper.
• Add salt.
• Cook and when it is done keep it aside.
• In a separate pan add oil.
• Put Soya Sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, tomato sauce (optional), sugar, and little water .Bring it to boil.
• Make a corn starch paste and add that in the pan.
• Let the entire paste get thick and then add contains of the frying pan (Bell Pepper, Onion etc)
• When it is done, garnish it with chopped spring onions.
